7. Account Suspension & Termination

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access premium features ends, and we will handle your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Governing Law (United States)
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which HonorElite operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform will be resolved under United States jurisdiction.
